Of course, my clients will have their strict regimes to keep in my absesnce and i'll be hot on their heels when I return with a spectacular tan early June!
So, depending on web access etc the site may be a bit slow during this period but since quite a bit of the site is automated, it should be okay for a couple of weeks. I will be making some updates to the blog of course!
I'm going to be writing some articles soon, and I'd apprechaite some views and suggesitons on areas of training, dieting etc that people would be interetsed in reading about. Do you want to know how to focus more while training, do you get demotivated quickly. Do you want to know how to progress exercises on in the gym? How about interval training, or the truth behing cardio burn? Or maybe you'd just like to know more about my training style and how i get my clinets to get the figures they've been after for so long.
