Pesonal Training Exeter / Exeter Gym / New Body Bootcamp
Getting fit in Exeter doesn't have to be boring. Well, not thanks to the new and massively fun New Body Bootcamp run from Exeter Gymnastics club in the heart of the city. Boasting quick results, fun workouts and loads of variation, you'll be hard to find another way to get in shape in Exeter quite like it. If you're after personal training in exeter with a difference then check it out.
The idea of the bootcamp started in America. Find a gymnastics club with loads of fun equipment, a pit of foam (the weight loss pit!), some outside space and develop an indoor / outdoor bootcamp that can be used in the mornings. The result at New Body Bootcamp has won over members, who after trying out a free week trial (where you are put through your limits), are either invited to join the exclusive club or sent home, a little like xfactor style for fitness.
For those who get to stay on, some exciting times are ahead. The sessions are themed, from assault courses, to pit races, interval, circuit sessions and more. In some sessions, recruits are teamed up by 'evasion belts', have to battle up hills and wrestle large red mats to until they're flat on the floor. This is funny stuff, but it works the heart rate and gets fast results.
The bootcamp tracks progress each week with a fitness test, before and after photos are taken, there's incentives for premium members and the customer service is second to none.
This is really original, fast paced and worth every penny.
