New poster campaign / free wight training programmes

Good day to you all. Today we've uploaded the new Lunch Box diet poster with me warped onto it, so check out the press page off the main site for that. Not a photo of me when I was overweight honest! I hope it doesn't offend it too much, but it's sparked a few smiles in Fitness First, my offline home!

Also today we've began work on free training programmes with photos from Training Buddy. So in the next week you'll be able to access some.
