Client Testomonials

As part of my blog, i' thought it would be a good idea to allow my clients to post comments about their training sessions; experiences, hurdles overcome etc. So, if you're a client of mine feel free to come and have a dig about a tough session, maybe you'd like to make some suggestions or have a rant. It's your space!

Hi my name is Andy Elston and I have been trained by Simon since January this year. I am a part time model and my goal is to body build myself and get a nice physique. Dependant on which way you look at it, I am either lucky or, as I consider it unlucky, that my body type is one that doesn't put weight on easily. The very thing you need to be able to do if you going to put those rippling muscles on yourself!! So a strict weight gain diet was in order from the outset. No I don't mean burgers & chocolate! With Simon's help and advice on diet and training, I have put on nearly 20Kgs (44lbs) most of which is muscle. True, I am taking nutitional supplements alongside a protein and carbohydrate-rich diet of natural foods. I eat 6 times a day and am on nearly 4000 calories a day which is twice the daily intake for a man. Training with Simon is hard but enjoyable & rewarding. I do interval training once a week which is designed to improve my cardio-vascular performance and the other 3 sessions a week are devoted to heavy, heavy weights! If you train with Simon, you'll find him a precise task master but friendly with it. If i'm sloppy with my reps I am soon corrected. But you have to have this regime otherwise you are just not going to achieve the results which I have. I have massive shoulders & biceps now, I have true abs (thats abdominal muscles, you know the fabled "six pack") and my legs have never been bigger. I am still training hard and I guess soon will start "ripping" which is stripping the little fat there is off me to reveal the muscles. I really enjopy training with Simon, we have a laugh but the programme is serious. I don't winge, he doesn't give in with me and I really miss training if it moves a day like it did this week because of Easter. I strongly recommend Simon as a trainer, he is very knowledgable and very good.
